[LINK] What is Microsoft doing with Windows XP

I know that I have been accused of being a Microsoft knocker in the past,
but I do ask that you take the time to read this article.  It is a long
read, but is very well put together and has substantial citation.

I think that once you have read this and taken the time to digest it, you
too will never trust Microsoft again.  I certainly won't.
