Thanks to Howard, I decided to check my own spam filters and found a 
'QANTAS E-TICKET ITINERARY AND RECEIPT', which may have otherwise purged.

The irony is that the mime attached html version renders as if it was
generated specifically for a 7-bit text terminal, and apart from one line
of text, is entirely wrapped in a pre tag.
