that's probably more the one I was thinking of rather than the Productivity 
commission group.

Irene or anyone, are these rulings from this committee binding in any way? 
The beauty of the SOCUS is that they are binding rulings and 
Constitutionally based [I know, things do change over time, but at least at 
the time of ruling, the laws that offend the Constitiution are set aside as 
null and void]
