Hardly.  I don't get paid if the job is messed up, unlike those who work 
for a consulting firm and get a salary.  I care very much because my 
professional reputation hangs in the balance and determines if I get more 
work from clients.

What carrying the insurance does do is jack up prices for absolutely no 
return to the client.  Full stop.
