Maybe this article is a reasonable accurate reporting of
the Finnish kid who learnt about bomb making online. It
raises an interesting point that while a lot of this info
is available in libraries, a library doesn't allow for the
interaction that a message board does to allow for
dicussion on such issues.

 The discovery that a Finnish bomb suspect may have learned
how to build explosives from reading a message board has
prompted authorities to investigate what, if anything,
should be done about it. But users themselves say the
effort is pointless.
