David, I do hope you are going to get this proposal to the current inquiry 
some how.  Of course it's not sensible!  It's almost as if the company is 
trying to emulate the water drought - let's squeeze them out of existance 
and then we won't have to worry about no bush no more...... Another 
phrase:  passive/aggressive.

Sorry Telstra, but some 'solutions' are *not* 'solutions'.
