[LINK] NSW government fibre

Thank you Ross.  I have been racking my brain over this.  It WAS 
Vistel, not VicNet.  My apologies to the list for my failing memory...  I 
still don't know where I got VicNet from, I have never worked on 
that, though at the time of writing, I had VicNet firmly in my mind.

It's curious what 10 years of passing time can do to your recall.
