"All  they  need  to  do  is make sure they have reasonable technology
   steps  in  place,"  he  said.  "What  the  Australian  law enforces is
   'reasonable steps'."

One hopes this includes getting rid of M$ Outlook Distress as a minimum
and thus reducing the rampant spread of <insert today's favourite email
worm>

What is the Cybercrime Act anyway?  I would have tought there would have
been some discussion of it on this list.
