[LINK] www.fed.gov.au requires cookies.

Are you sure that you are correct here.

I just tried with Konqueror with cookies rejected and had no problems.  I
then tried with lynx and rejected the JSESSIONID cookie and still got in.

Either they have fixed it or it wasn't a problem in  the first place.
