A lot more than porn comes under the sway of the BSA!  The "Art
of Shoplifting" article, for example, was Refused Classification
and an online copy of that could therefore be the subject of an ABA
takedown notice.  And "instruction in" or "incitement to" crime can
easily be construed to include a large range of political content.

I personally doubt this is happening in any significant way (though
we wouldn't necessarily know, given the secrecy involved), but it's
certainly not impossible.
