Apologies for cross posting, but there are some interesting issues in this
issue, including building houses in the UK with broadband included,
egovernment priority in the EU and, near the end, announcement of a
Gulfwar2 discussion list starting. Might be interesting from a UK
perspective, but I'm sure it will be international as well.
