The Australian article has a sort of breakdown:

http://australianit.news.com.au/articles/0,7204,6227857%5E15306%5E%5Enbv%5E,00.html

Nice to see Macromedia seeing an opening and sticking the boots in -
comparing to NZ as well - and suggesting the right cost was about
$NZ120,000 --- ouch!

I see its made The Register - if it gets up the list on /. the Dept will
get a test for free to see if those *hosting * services are robust,
industrial strength etc.

===begin Australian extract ==

........... Fujitsu was paid more than $2.08 million for the web development.
........... $661,426 on hardware
......... $927,705 on software.
............A further $956,046 was spent on hosting and support services.
......... Vignette made up $800,000 or more of the total software costs.

All costs are GST exclusive.
