But these calculations are only for those connection speeds reported. If
you exclude the unreported ones (43%), then the figures become more like:

11% connect at (download at) 28000 or less

40% connect at  (download at) 36000 or less

96% connect at  (download at) 54667 or less

If nothing else, it aligns with the one figure I do know - 5% on broadband.
(But I won't be pursuing a career in statistics as this stage!)

Obviously, the unreported numbers are significant and have the capacity to
skew everything else, but in the absence of other numbers it's a start, and
I am grateful.
