I'd be inclined to say no, but only becaue I absolutely loathe any kind of
pressure brought to bear by "big brother, our lawyers have deeper pockets
than yours do" type organisations in any form, let alone a Governmental
form. The stuff existed, it happened - they should just shut up and live
with it.

However, if I was in your position, I'd probably give in eventually, even
if only to avert the threat of legal action.
