After reading Robin's post I realise I am hopelessly out of touch with MP3s.

1:10 is probably the best it gets online and could even be 1:14 or more for 
crappy ones..

So at those rates it is about what Robin said ~60MB for a 650MB music CD.

Over limit costs on BP then  are:

@15c a MB - 60MB X 15c= $9 a CD of MP3 music.

Still not free.
