[LINK] Satellite services (off topic?)

Hi all.

Can anyone give me (or lead me to) first hand information about the quality of the satellite Internet services offered by Telstra?

I'm interested in reliability, latency, actual vs advertised bandwidth and so on. Only the symmetrical services, not the satellite-downlink/phone-uplink systems.
