As per the ABC story <http://www.abc.net.au/news/newsitems/s1081022.htm>
"IKEA founder Ingvar Kamprad flies economy class but has reportedly
dislodged Microsoft's Bill Gates as the world's richest man...".

It happens I have bee reading the "Leading by Design: The Ikea Story"
by Bertil Torekull. But almost more interesting than the book are the
comments about it posted to Amazon:

Like one of the Amazon reviewers, I didn't quite "get it" from reading the
book and apparently you have to be Swedish to understand. Perhaps there are
business models with can be applied globally on-line, which are lurking out
there in various cultures.
