What is the situation related to a list, like Link. If I send a posting
to Link and someone on Link thinks this is Spam and they ask me to not
send me further email? I can not remove them from Link, I can tell them
to remove themselves from link but they may not want to do that since
all Link postings, except mine, are jewels. So where does that leave
me? Am I spamming them by continuing to send to Link? Is this opening
up liability on list moderators/owners and that they can now be liable
for inadvertent spamming?
