No.  They have registered to be solicited :)

in fact the legislation is vague enough to allow a subscriber of link to 
use any email address from the list to send email without concern of breach 
of the law.  As the subscriber has consented, in general, to that other 
subscriber sending them unsolicted email.

I think it's really cute.  Subscribe to lots of mail lists, collect the 
addresses and have fun :)
