I would welcome this, not so much to provide more competition, but for
the possibility of more content. At the moment content, if you could
call it that, is pathetic, with even ABC and SBS standards heading
south.
I'm glad we don't have licencing here as they do in UK because it
wouldn't be warranted based on the content. OTOH, perhaps licencing
might be a good thing if it did something for ABC & SBS content.
