Not according to the NAB Website which tells us that Internet transaction
history, funds transfer, multiple funds transfer and BPay on personal
accounts are all subject to 20c per transaction fee.

Presumably the banks will start telling us how mobile phone transactions are
better, more convenient, more secure; while using the fee structure to shape
behaviour (cheaper than the Internet!!), so that one day we can be hit with
20c per transaction "to serve you better".
