oh, I don't know.  They didn't say the 'costs' were their own costs.  What 
they also didn't point out was that they would be slugging the customer 10 
to 20 times that amount to cover the fees lost when people stopped going to 
the tellers, the money they lost in bad investments and in-house fraud, and 
the huge salary increases and severance deals for their executives.
