Hi Roger,

I notice than Evan Arthur's presentation toyed with the idea of an "open
for education" license.

The concern I have is that these licenses limit informal learning and
hobbyists. That's a concern since those people have made significant
contributions, from the decoding of Linear B (by an architect-by-day) to
the development of wireless data networks (Phil Karn's spare time).
