I am laughing my head off here!
Considering that intellectual property is often related to intelligence or
a very intelligent idea that is unique, generally created by one person; and
that Police authorities are told that a person who is intelligent is a
threat, risk and danger; and
that being diagnosed as "uncommonly highly intelligent" is a mental illness;
that leans me to see this seminar as amusing! Combining Health (of which
Mental Health comes under) and IP, of which generally indicates some degree
of intelligence and thought processes, especially these days, outside the
normal course of thinking, one might assume that the seminar is really a
meeting of our countries mentally insane!
