Don't know if Linkers saw this:

The UK Department of Work & Pensions attempted software update to about 
SEVEN test winxp boxes was somehow accidentally distributed to 75-80 per 
cent of the DWP's 80,000 PCs running win2k taking them out for four days.

Details are sketchy, eg accident or bug?  The spinners aren't saying.
