perhaps one example ..

For the first time realistically, most of mankind can communicate
with anyone else in the world, and soon enough with nearly all of
us simultaneously via email. Hence why must any group currently
need to hand sign a many-page paper-based parliamentary petition?

Is normal parliamentary procedure petition delivery by Cobb&Co?

Requirements for every seat should be providing multiple email lists
whereby the sitting member is an active, contributing and acountable
member, and thereby very accurately representing electorate opinion.
Zero cost, genuine au voter representation and basically a no-brainer.
