That will depend on the publishers and authors who assign their IP to those 
publishers.  The negotiations will be stunning.  Publishers would be wise 
to not do exclusive deals with Google, but will that be allowed?  Just as 
authors must decide on the suite of rights they include in their contracts, 
and sometimes are held to be exclusive, for obvious reasons, now the shoe 
is going to be on the other foot.
