Hence the need to TEST the law :)

Just like the Privacy Act which prevents an individual taking an action 
against a Government Agency for contravention of the Privacy Act and of 
course the Privacy Commission isn't going to either.

However, this is a civil v civil matter and I suspect it might fall through 
a few cracks :)
