Some time ago, I remember reading about an exchange between the Gatemeister and GMH. Under discussion was the description of building cars like Microsoft built software. Can anybody remember a pointer to the discussion? As I remember there was a wonderful description by GMH of cars built using Windows quality assurance principles. bobj
