[LINK] Question: to whom can I complain?

Do any linkers know if this is a legitimate effort?  The acronym of the 
organisation seems a bit sus to start with.  The source address was a 
strange bigpond address.  Looks like we need the antispam stuff here in Oz 
as well.

It's an interesting business model, at least they purport to do something 
rather than just asking for money to be sent to Adelaide.
