[LINK] TV-style adverts arrive on web

Great, so now to view a web page, instead of waiting for the Java, 
Javascript, large graphics and all the rest to download over the 2 minutes 
it takes, I now have to wait an additional 5 minutes for the 30 second ad 
to download, at my expense mind you, and then play.

I think the advertisers can pay me to watch their ads, whilst I pay by the 
Byte.

Free Internet was over in 1995 :)
