[LINK] WAR: UGG and UGH and UGG and UGG

Daniel Rose and I were having a rather interesting private discussion and 
of course the FTA and the UGG issue was raised.  So this morning, Daniel 
suggested we register UGH instead of UGG.

However, the US company UGG Holdings Inc has already done that.  What's 
worse is, now all the UGG makers in Australia are rushing to register UGG 
marks which are all pending and will no doubt be "opposed" by the upper 
already registered holder.
