More or less seriously, the Institute will have to issue an apology as 
extensive research (type it into Google) found someone had already though 
of the RFID wallet:

"... a wallet for RFID cards. Prevent unwanted identification, NOW. it 
would be simple to implement. any closed conductive container would work. 
you could wrap your keys in tinfoil, that would work just fine.

If one were a bit more motivated, one could find a fine gauge metal thread
