hmmm, let's see ... annual Fed.Gov. income ($190,000,000,000) divided by
Australian population (20,000,000) = $190,000 / 20 = $9,500

nope, doesn't work for me.

of course, you could argue that kids & oldsters are not income
producers, so aggregate their bits into their families ... nah, still
not a decent family income.

oh, well, another beautiful theory slain by an ugly fact.
