This reminds me of a recent frustration I've had with my mobile.  Unlike a 
desk phone, you can't listen to the options and see the buttons at the same 
time.  I find myself listening to the first option, looking at the phone to 
press my selection, then panicking before getting the phone back to my ear 
to hear the next option list.  Drives me crazy!
