Hehe,
I had to push and hold down one of the buttons on the front of my
Asko dishwasher - it seemed to be broken, and turnining it off at the
wall didn't fix it.

Holding down the 'start' button on my dishwasher for about four
seconds did the trick - lights blinked in a pretty pattern for a
while, and since then it has worked flawlessly.

hmm.. i have to press the start button on my dishwasher - does this
mean it runs windows?

Regards
