It's not often I do this, but I'd like to relate on-Link a point of view put up at a press conference yesterday. The message was (not verbatim): "Specialise. Learn about a vertical market. If you know a lot about software for the electrical or plumbing supply chain, you're a lot harder to offshore." Question: is this a valid point of view? RC
