[LINK] .uk - Net blamed for rise in child porn

Once again Linkers are unable to see the problem with child
pornography online. And if people had read the articles they
would have seen:

 * "research has shown the activities of internet paedophiles
have recently changed significantly"
 * "police efforts to deal with offenders are seriously impeded
by a lack of resources" - one of the main issues raised
 * "549 people were charged or cautioned with child pornography
offences in 2001 compared to just 35 in 1988" with "figures for
2002 are expected to rise even higher with the impact of
Operation Ore" and the comment about child pornography being
legal before 1988 is undoubtedly wrong.

But then, reading the entire articles may mean people are
informed. Why not sensationalise what suits our purpose...

Cheers
David
