Re the www.act.gov.au site:

I've passed the comments re the image on to the people who run the portal.
They'll do what they can to fix it.

About the time displayed, what I was trying to say earlier was:

The purpose of the date/time on the portal is to reflect the current time in
Canberra, which should be helpful to our interstate and overseas visitors to
the site. If people want to contact someone, they have an idea whether
anyone will be available at the moment. Also, visitors prior to arrival can
quickly understand the time difference between where they are and Canberra.

I hope that clears it up.
