I'm just speculating, but would that be 0.0.0.0 ?? Or was the fact we
didn't assign IP's by geographical 3 dimensional coordinates mean the Sun
will have to apply to ARIN for an address block?
What too of the issue of Solar flares hacking and penetrating satellites
and other services? Would this constitute a breach of Acceptable Use
Policies? If so, how does one mitigate the damages? Would the USA's anti
hacking laws accommodate for prosecution?
