[LINK] CommWeb merchant services

I have a client for whom I am writing a merchant services interface to
work with the CommBank's CommWeb service.

My client has now been told by CommBank that they require an assets
security of $500K to cover an allowed 3 month dispute period.

Has anyone had to deal with this before, or is this the CommBank just
saying "We don't want to deal with you?"
