I'm sooooo glad you asked that question.  I've just had a similar 
experience with a business card printing site, www.vistaprint.com.au 
.  They have an excellent product on offer, but their webforms won't work 
for me and they post no email address to tell them that.  Guess what their 
contact method is:  webform.

Anyone have ideas on how to get around that?  I tried several DNS lookups 
and got the IP address, but that wasn't much help.  209.27.65.171
