The Australian Communications Industry Forum (ACIF) invites public
comment on a draft Industry Code that has been released for a 30 day
public comment period - i.e.
* DR ACIF C519 End-To-End Network Performance For The Standard Telephone
Service Industry Code
This draft Code is a revision of the ACIF C519:2002 End-To-End Network
Performance Industry Code. It specifies minimum levels of performance
for the end-to-end carriage of the Standard Telephone Service over

scope of the Code and to address the transmission delay parameter for
some exceptional call cases.
