which hansard? federal or one of the states?
NSW Hansard is quite readable:
http://www.parliament.nsw.gov.au/Prod/Parlment/HansArt.nsf/Members?openv
iew&restricttocategory=Hale,%20Ms%20Sylvia
i haven't checked federal or other states, this is just a result of
doing a website for a state MLC, but no probs.
