I am completely unsurprised that AdTI is deliberately misleading about
copyright.
AdTIs actions and statements around 'Samizdat' allow little other
conclusion to be drawn than that they are wilfully distorting or
misstating almost everyone they have interviewed and every 'fact' that
they have unearthed about the nascence of Linux.
Goodness - AdTI even hired experts to compare Linux and Minix code - and
then completely ignored the results of that investigation. Perhaps this
was because the result did not support the conclusion they (or possible
the people who are paying them) so desperately wanted?
(Groklaw.net has excellent detail on the AdTIs Kinux activities if media
people are looking for really good detail and background research).
