An alternative view proposes that ideas are like slaves, property to be
guarded jealously and sent out to work for you.
The worth of a slave is solely how much return s/he generates for you in
her/his brief lifetime.
Reward often comes to those with ordinary ideas but great talent to exploit
them. Look at Bill Gates.
