I am not a lawyer. My interpretation of the Spam Act
2003 is that the message is unlawful. The Act has
extra-territorial application.

I am not a lawyer. My interpretation of the
Interactive Gambling Act 2001 is that this casino is
only unlawful if it intentionally provides an
interactive gambling service to an Australian. Since
you (presumably) didn't sign up, there is no offence
in your case. If it is hosted in Australia, that is a
different matter.

As I am not a lawyer, I am happy for my interpretation
to be corrected :)
