I find it interesting that the UN web site only lists 191 member states,
the last two on board being Switzerland & Timor-Leste in 2002.  I know
the Holy See is not a member, but can anyone name the other 23, or is
this another example of Mi2g being casual with the truth.

	I used to have a poster of 314 flags of countries of the world, so
obviously many are outside the UN.
