Just a heads-up that many feel that Eric Raymond mis-read
the leaked document.

It might instead refer to a failed negotiation (which doesn't
make SCO look any better). This would fit with the amounts
of money SCO has disclosed to its stock exchange, the timing
of the renegotitation of the terms of the Baystar investment
(negotiations failed, so Baystar alter terms to allow then
to recover an investment which is suddenly a loser rather
than a winner), and their PR statements (as is typical with
SCO, read with an allowance for a massive application of spin).

Cheers,
Glen
