I remember attending some Unix training at MelbU in the early '80s and
one lecture in the tiered theatre was conducted by an heavily bearded
academic with no shoes (I think it might have been KRE himself) who sat
on the floor at the foot of the blackboards and promptly delivered a 2
hour lecture without once getting up.
My apologies to KRE if I have mistaken him.
